How does Qurli work?

Qurli is a dating app built around personal profiles. You post a profile describing what you're looking for, others see it in the Feed, and when two people like each other, a chat opens.

Is my real name or email visible to other users?

No. Other users only see your profile. Your email and real name are never shown to anyone on the platform.

What makes a good bio?

Be specific and be yourself. Mention what you're actually looking for, suggest a first-date idea, and keep it fun. A good sense of humour goes a long way. Skip the measurements — nobody asked.

What photos should I use?

Up to three photos per profile. Use real ones — no stock images, no explicit content, and no heavy filters that change how you look. Your face doesn't have to be in the photo, but the photos must be genuinely yours.

What is a Turn-On?

Turn-Ons are interests and preferences you add to your profile to help find someone on the same wavelength. Everything you select is visible to others. Use Perfect Match in filters to only see ads that match all your picks.

How does the Feed work?

You need to post your own profile before you can browse others. The Feed is filtered by your location and preferences — the more accurate your filters, the better your results.

Can I browse people in other cities?

Yes, anywhere in the world. Use the location filter to switch cities anytime — Qurli has no borders.

How long do likes last?

Likes are active for 24 hours after you open the app or post a profile. New likes always appear at the top.

How do I hide or block someone?

Tap the three-dot menu on their ad and choose Block or Report. Blocked users disappear from your Feed permanently. Changed your mind? Manage your Blocklist in Settings → General.

How do chats work?

When you and another user both like each other, Qurli opens a chat. Chats expire after 24 hours unless both of you agree to keep them going — no pressure, your call.

Are my messages and photos private?

Yes. Photos, videos, and messages cannot be saved or screenshotted — you'll get an instant notification if someone tries. Self-destructing photos disappear the moment they're viewed.

What is Incognito Mode?

Incognito Mode hides your online status and read receipts for 24 hours. You can turn it on and off anytime. Only people you've already liked will know you exist.

Can I have video calls?

Yes, directly from any chat. You can also turn off the camera and talk voice-only. A good way to verify someone before meeting in person.

How does Qurli protect me from scammers?

Our moderation system runs 24/7 to detect and remove fake accounts and spam. If a suspicious phrase appears in a chat, you'll receive an automatic alert. We strongly recommend staying inside Qurli — switching to external apps reduces your protection.

How do I report someone?

Tap the three-dot menu on any ad or inside a chat, select "Report," and pick a reason. Reports help us keep the community safe — use them.

What gets you permanently banned?

Being underage, abusive behaviour, unsolicited explicit content, scams, and drug-related posts all result in a permanent ban. If you think your ban was a mistake, contact us at [email protected]

Hate to see you go — but we get it, life happens. To delete your account, open "Settings", tap "My Account / ID" and select "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen.

Before you do: you can hide your profile from the Feed instead — just tap "Hide" in the Ad settings. Your account stays intact and you can come back whenever you're ready. Keep in mind that deleting your account is permanent — all your chats, photos, and history will be gone for good.

Does Qurli cost money?

Yes, a subscription is required to access the app. Choose from weekly, monthly, or annual plans — all prices are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes. Log in with the same account on any device and your subscription carries over automatically, as long as it's still active.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. On Android, go to Google Play → Subscriptions → find Qurli → Unsubscribe.

Can I get a refund?

Activated subscriptions and used in-app items are non-refundable. If there was a technical error on our end, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
