We are continuously enhancing and developing our systems and moderation processes based on new technological developments, regulatory changes, and findings from internal audits. Reports involving terrorism and other priority illegal content are triaged and prioritized for immediate action. We also conduct regular internal reviews aimed at reducing response times, improving the speed and accuracy of content detection and removal, educating and training our moderation team. For more information about this please refer to our Terms and Conditions (here), Privacy Policy (here) and Community Guidelines (here).

3. Reporting illegal content

Additionally, we provide an in-app mechanism that allows users to submit reports regarding any content or interactions that may refer to terrorism. This feature is accessible within the QURLI app, ensuring users can report suspicious behaviour or content without leaving the platform. Each report is treated with urgency and reviewed in accordance with established standards.

You can send us reports directly from your QURLI app or chat conversations to notify us of any issues with specific members of the community, ads or other violations.
